Who I am

I'm Adam Bezance — a Power Platform Principal Consultant at Robiquity, a specialist Microsoft technology consultancy. I spend my days designing and building solutions using Power Platform, Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse for organisations across different sectors and sizes.

I've been working in and around Microsoft technology for over six years, with a particular focus on automation and AI-driven solutions. The shift towards agentic AI and Copilot Studio has been the most significant platform evolution I've seen in that time — and it's what drives most of my professional work right now.

Community work

Alongside my consulting work, I'm active in the Microsoft community in the UK. I'm a Microsoft Power Platform Super User and I co-founded two community initiatives:

East of England Power Platform Summit
Co-founder of the regional Power Platform Summit for the East of England. A community event bringing together practitioners, consultants, and enthusiasts across the region to share knowledge and learn from each other.
Norfolk Power Platform User Group
Co-founder of the Norfolk PPUG — a local community for Power Platform practitioners in Norfolk. Regular meetups covering Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and the broader Microsoft AI ecosystem.
Microsoft Power Platform Super User
Recognised by Microsoft for contributions to the Power Platform community — answering questions, producing content, and helping practitioners get value from the platform.

I also speak at conferences and community events. Recent and upcoming talks include sessions on Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot extensibility, and practical AI agent design at events including the Microsoft Power Platform Conference, European Power Platform Conference, and community user groups.

Why I built AgentReady
The honest version
When Microsoft started rolling out Copilot and agents across the platform, the marketing was — to put it generously — enthusiastic. A lot of organisations jumped into pilots with high expectations and came away disappointed because nobody had been straight with them about what these tools actually do, what they cost, and what it takes to make them work reliably.

I kept having the same conversations with clients, at user groups, and on calls with peers. AgentReady is my attempt to put those conversations in writing, in public, where anyone can access them.

It's not affiliated with Microsoft. There's no vendor agenda. It's just a practitioner writing down what he's learned from building these things for real organisations.
What I work on professionally

At Robiquity, I work with organisations to design and build Power Platform solutions — from straightforward Power Automate workflows to full Copilot Studio agent deployments integrated with enterprise systems. A large proportion of my current work involves M365 Copilot enablement and governance for organisations rolling out Copilot to their workforce.
